Terms and Conditions

Program Changes and Cancellations

  • Programs are subject to cancel due to low registration.
  • Programs are subject to time and location changes due to gym availability.
  • Full Refund will be issued for any program cancelled by MYBA Hoops.
  • For Players that register to our program and cancel after registration deadline there will be $25 Cancellation Fee.

Refund and Credits

  • There are no REFUND once a program starts.
  • All Credits will be issued after going through Credit Evaluation and may be pro-rated.
  • Credits will be issued to Individual players.
  • CREDITS will be given for following reason:
    • Individuals that is physically unable to attend due to injury or long term Non COVID-19 related Illness (Doctors note required)
    • In the event MYBA Hoops cancels programs during the season, our first priority will be to reschedule. If we are not unable to reschedule than we will give Credits on a pro-rated basis
  • CREDITS will NOT be given for following reasons
    • Personal leave
    • Personal ailment

COVID-19 Refund Policy

With the ever-changing COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions, MYBA Hoops has protocols to help ensure that our players and coaches are as safe as possible. Participants is strictly VOLUNTARY and you assume the risk. If an individual does not agree to comply with these restrictions/protocols then we ask that they not enter our programs

Individuals that are not able to attend to our classes, practices, and games due to Covid-19 related cases will NOT get any Credits

In the event that programming is affected by Covid-19 related regulations, our first priority will be to reschedule. If we are unable to reschedule than REFUND/CREDITS will be provided on a pro-rated basis.
